How to track your order

1. Find tracking information

Once your order has been processed and shipped (this usually takes 2-5 business days after purchase), you will receive a separate email from us titled "Shipping Confirmation" or "Your order has been shipped" .

This email contains two important pieces of information:

  • Your tracking number (shipping tracking number).

  • A direct link to the tracking page of the respective shipping service provider (e.g. 17TRACK, DHL, etc.).

2. Track order

Click on the link provided in the email, or manually enter your tracking number on the shipping service provider's website.

Tips for tracking:

  • Initial Update: It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the shipping provider's system and display the first information. Please be patient if you have just received the number.

  • No update: If the status doesn't change for an extended period (e.g., 5–7 days), this is often because the package is currently en route between international hubs. It will be updated again as soon as it's scanned in the next country.

If you can't find your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder . If you still have trouble finding your tracking number, please send us your order number via email. We'll be happy to help!
