Return Policy
Our Return and Cancellation Policy (Austria)
As an online shop based in Austria, we are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal according to the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore we allow you to return goods in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods .
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via ashaffiliatefinds@gmail.com by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
- To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
3. Obligations when returning the goods
After you have informed us of your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Attention: As the buyer , you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods . Please send the items to the address that will be agreed upon with support.
4. Obligations in case of withdrawal (refund)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
5. Loss of value of the goods
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods .
We kindly request that you return the goods in their original condition , with all labels and original packaging , to avoid unnecessary depreciation.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the supply of goods that:

are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (personalized products).

are sealed and, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
