Order and Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders very quickly to reduce delivery times. Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after placing your order. Please contact us immediately during this period.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped (this usually takes 2-5 business days), you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email . This email will contain a tracking number and a link to track the current status of your shipment at any time.

5. Are there any customs duties?

In most cases, we deliver duty-free. However, if any customs duties or import sales tax charges arise upon import into your delivery country, we will cover these costs .

Returns and Complaints

9. How does the return or complaint process work?

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (from receipt of the goods). Please send us an email before returning goods. We need your name, order number and the reason for the return/complaint. We will then send you all the necessary information regarding the return address and the further procedure.

10. What should I do if a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

We're sorry! We strive for the highest quality, but mistakes can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will then immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
